OTT news: Trailer of Meet Cute looks absolutely entertaining & highly emotional

Hyderabad: Tollywood actor Nani is not only known for his adorable screen presence but also for his taste in films. He is going to put the latter to good use as he has turned into a producer and launched his production house Wall Poster Cinema. Earlier, he has produced a few decent movies and is now bankrolling Adivi Sesh's 'HIT 2'.

The latest news is that the actor's sister, Deepthi Ghanta, has turned to films and is directing an exciting project called 'Meet Cute'. Interestingly, Nani is bankrolling this project.

Announcing the same, Deepthi took to social media on Saturday and shared an important update regarding the movie. She wrote, "The teaser will be unveiled on 12th November, 2022."

Sharing a poster of the film, she also wrote, "It took a Covid year of writing, 6 months of making, One year of waiting, friends and family of believers, cast and crew of dreams, and a girl who is truly blessed to finally bring #Meetcute to you. And to my main man, Nani, This is for you!"

Meanwhile, Nani also took to social media and sent his wishes to his sister. He wrote, "Hi, I thought I am talented. Turns out I am just the brother of a talented sister. So so proud of what she made and still in shock about how she pulled it off Wall Poster Cinema presents @mail2ganta's #MeetCute On @SonyLIV."

As promised, the trailer of the film was released on Sunday and it consists of a star-studded cast. The 1.22-minute made sure that this film will explore adorable conversations and heartwarming moments. The anthology is said to consist of five cute stories from the first meetings. The teaser started with a coincidental meeting between strangers and then continued with a rollercoaster of emotions. It gives the audience glimpses of love, hope, emotions, anger, and heartbreak.

'Meet Cute' will stream directly on the OTT platform SonyLiv. The release date will be announced soon. The cast includes Rohini Molleti, Adah Sharma, Varsha Bollamma, Akanksha Singh, Ruhani Sharma, Sunaina, Sanchita Poonacha, Ashwin Kumar, Shiva Kandukuri, Deekshit Shetty, Govind Padmasoorya, and Raja. Vasanth Kumar is the cinematographer for the film, Vijay Bulganin is the music director, Garry BH is the editor, and Avinash Kolla is the art director.
